I checked out Peachtree City Choi Kwang Do because I thought it would be a healthy activity for my grandson. But I got into it myself and I can’t get enough! I look forward to the sessions about three times a week and would go even more if I could. Patrick is a highly skilled instructor and he clearly has a passion for this. The students range from 5 to 65, and Patrick brings out the best in all of us. I always feel better after I go, no matter what. I’m heading there right now!
