This style is easy on the joints and is perfect for ages 5-95! I'm almost 59 and have been working out here since August 2014 and I feel GREAT! I've lost 80 lbs and I just earned my Black Belt! I checked out Peachtree City Choi Kwang Do because I thought it would be a healthy activity for my grandson. But I got into it myself and I can’t get enough! I look forward to the sessions about three times a week and would go even more if I could. Patrick is a highly skilled instructor and he clearly has a passion for this. The students range from 5 to 65, and Patrick brings out the best in all of us. I always feel better after I go, no matter what. I’m heading there right now!

Great find! My 5 yr son loves this class & Patrick is wonderful with the kids of all ages. He can't wait until the next time he gets to go.
